Common questions

How are credits charged?

A WhatsApp registration check (ws) costs 1 credit. Avatar (ws_avatar) and Business account (ws_business) checks cost 2 credits each.

What happens if a check fails?

The check is marked as failed or undetermined and credits are refunded automatically.

Can I use API keys?

Yes. Create an API key in Settings, then send it with the X-API-Key header.

Do you support bulk checks?

Yes. The web dashboard includes a batch checker that processes up to 2,000 numbers concurrently in your browser. For automated bulk checking, call the synchronous API once per number from your backend.
